Change is the only constant in the universe (as put by Heraclites). The true implications of this statement run so much deeper than you might think.
For example: you do not exist as such, because you are always in flux. There is no moment, because it is gone the instant it arrived.
Your consciousness is like a mirror of your shadow. It looks back at things that have already occurred. Even your movement has already been initiated before you consciously decide to move. Therefore, I regard my consciousness as irrelevant. I cannot turn it off , and it can be a fun toy to play with, but I prefer to live in the change, rather than analyze what has already happened.
